Using Contracto

Contracto helps contractors create, send, and e-sign professional contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for the agreements you send. Contracto is a tool that helps you produce documents; it does not provide legal advice, and the contracts you create are your responsibility.

Subscriptions

Contracto offers auto-renewing subscriptions with an optional free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Contracto for unlawful purposes, to send fraudulent agreements, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend access for misuse.

Contracto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the documents you create with it.
