Information We Collect

Account details: when you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email to create your account.

Contract details you enter: customer names, addresses, project descriptions, and payment amounts.

Voice recordings are used only to transcribe your project description and are not stored after transcription.

Diagnostics & usage: we collect crash reports and basic product-interaction analytics (which screens and features are used) to keep the app stable and improve it. This may include device identifiers gathered by our analytics provider. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

How We Use Your Information

To create, edit, and send your contracts for signature.

To sync your data across your devices.

To provide AI assistance that drafts and prices your scope of work.

To diagnose crashes and understand which features are useful.

Third-Party Services

Google Firebase — account sign-in, secure data sync, crash reporting, and analytics.

SignatureAPI — sending contracts for e-signature.

OpenAI — generating scope-of-work and payment suggestions.

Only the information needed for each feature is shared with these providers, and only to provide the service to you.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on your device and in secure cloud storage.

Payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your full payment details.

Your Choices

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your account data from our servers.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
